Founder, CEO, and Chief Economist M. Elizabeth Morris serves as the lead economist for the firm, setting Insight’s practices, policies, and processes. She serves as an expert witness and speaker in various aspects of socioeconomic analysis, transportation corridor planning and impact, real estate market dynamics, and public policy. Her professional experience includes being a public official with the mayor and city manager’s offices in Dallas, Texas, as well as a real estate agent, investor, and developer of several commercial facilities. She is a past member of the Advisory Board of the School of Entrepreneurship and New Ventures of Texas A&M University, where she received multiple degrees.
